Is there a right of withdrawal?

What is a coupon code?
Coupon codes are intended for users registered on our website and are sent during particular promotions. To get them it is sufficient registering to the SALDOGAS e-commerce platform.
Is it possible to pay with a cheque?
No. The only payment methods allowed are the forth written above in this F.A.Q.
How much does the shipment cost?
Shipment costs vary with the weight of the package to ship.
In the total weight, the tare weight (container) must be considered. This operation will be automatically calculated during the making of the order.
Shipment cost is shown while completing the order before the customer confirmation.
What are the Delivery modes?
The shipment is via express carrier mandated by SALDOGAS (authorized courier ADR in the case of shipment of products filled in pressurized cylinders and/or flammable products).
What are the shipping and delivery times?
SALDOGAS guarantees the shipment of goods from our warehouse within a period of time ranging from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 5 working days, depending on the availability of the product and the selected payment type.
The orders with the fastest lead time are those made with online payment by Credit Card and/or PayPal.
Different payment methods may change lead time; for example, if you have chosen a deferred payment method, such as bank transfer, the shipping date may vary by a few days as these orders are processed when we receive confirmation of the wire transfer from our Bank.
Once the order is processed, the product is made available to the courier, who will forward it to your shipping address within a maximum of 2-3 working days (3-4 working days for other EU Countries than Italy).
Do you ship outside EU (overseas)?
No. Shipments are provided only within EU borders.
Can I track a shipment?
Yes. After we ship your product from the warehouse, we’ll sent a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. To keep track of your package, click on the link in the shipment notification.
What should I do if the package is found damaged at delivery?
In case of tampering and/or damage we advise to collect the package writing on the delivery receipt “Accepted subject verification”, pointing out any observed defects. Please report any damages within 7 (seven) days from the delivery according to the procedures provided by the select courier or contact our Customer service.
