SAFENET is a refrigerant flushing fluid with a high evaporation level, designed to be used in all air conditioning systems. SAFENET has a low boiling point, low heat of evaporation, excellent solvent retention, low surface tension, non-flammability, chemical, and thermal stability.
Its azeotropes and blends are compatible with a wide range of materials such as metals, plastics, and elastomers. Thanks to its low surface tension, it penetrates even the smallest cracks and blind holes, removing residual water trapped in the most complex sections. Due to its low boiling point, it evaporates quickly, speeding up drying and reducing the time needed for flushing operations, thus saving energy. Safenet is also a solvent used for deep degreasing and drying operations. It provides a practical and cost-effective way of meeting the difficult challenges in heat transfer applications. The thermal stability guarantees the effectiveness of these fluids even after many cycles.

Application:
- Switch the system off
- Disconnect the compressor, expansion valve and dehydrator filter (do not wash these parts)
- for large systems, treat one section of the system at a time
- if an automatic flushing system is used, check the compatibility of its components
- Insert SAFENET into the system through a wash tank or other similar system and let the product circulate until it comes out clean in the recovery tank
- Flush with nitrogen
- Dispose of the product according to regulations in force
